1bet x Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1bet x platform — including the website, mobile app, Sports Betting and casino services — you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by 1bet x from time to time.

These terms take effect from the first date you access or use the 1bet x platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

• These terms are written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian users.
• In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Malay version shall prevail for Malaysian users.
• 1bet x reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

To register for and use the 1bet x platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Is legally capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not be listed as an individual prohibited from online gambling activities by any regulatory body.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other person.
• There are no local laws in your area of residence that prohibit the use of online betting platforms.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1bet x platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without warning.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on your official Malaysian identification document.
• Using a valid, active Malaysian phone number — a verification OTP will be sent to this number.
• Provide an active email address that only you can access.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. 1bet x will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your account being accessed by a third party due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All deposits to your 1bet x account are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports Malaysia's most popular digital payment methods for the convenience of our members.

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 1bet x does not cover any charges imposed by your payment service provider.
• Funds credited to your 1bet x account cannot be transferred out except through the official withdrawal process.

Winning withdrawals on 1bet x are processed within 30 minutes to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name — the same method used for your deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• All rollover requirements associated with a bonus must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• 1bet x reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for security and legal compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals that are flagged as suspicious or linked to fraudulent activity may be held pending the completion of an investigation.

• Welcome Bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. One bonus per account, per phone number, per IP address, and per device.
• All bonuses have rollover requirements that must be met within the specified period (typically 30 days) before winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Rollover is calculated based on the total amount of valid bets — bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 for Sports Betting, and all bets for casino games.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the rollover requirements are met, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.
• 1bet x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including registering multiple accounts, will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All bets placed on the 1bet x platform are subject to the specific betting rules for each game category. The general rules applicable to all bet types are:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under circumstances specified by 1bet x.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, all related bets will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• Bets placed on Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other major football league matches are valid provided the match is completed with a minimum of 90 minutes of official play.
• For BWF badminton betting, a match must be completed in full for any bet to be considered valid.
• Virtual sports bets are final once the match is generated by the system — no cancellations or appeals are accepted for this category.
• The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply — any change in odds after confirmation does not affect existing bets.
• 1bet x reserves the right to void or refund any bet placed at incorrectly published odds resulting from a technical error.

Using the 1bet x platform for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to place bets automatically.
• Manipulating games or bets through technical means, malicious software, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or poker game results.
• Using the 1bet x platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Using a 1bet x account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Spreading false information about the 1bet x platform or disrupting our platform's operations.

1bet x uses a sophisticated fraud detection system to monitor all account activity. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated, and accounts involved may be suspended without prior notice while the investigation is ongoing.

1bet x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Direction from authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also request to close your own account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes are processed within 24 hours.

1bet x provides its online betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no specific guarantees regarding uninterrupted platform availability, the accuracy of all odds, or the information displayed.

• 1bet x is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of their own betting decisions.
• Temporary technical failures that prevent access to the platform do not entitle users to compensation claims.
• 1bet x is not liable for any losses arising from the use of third-party information to make betting decisions.
• 1bet x's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
